This policy applies to bookings made directly via www.daltonhousewhitby.co.uk. Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to the respective platform’s terms and conditions
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.
• The remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (full refund of payments made).
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Date changes requested more than 14 days prior to arrival may be accommodated subject to availability.
• Changes requested within 14 days of arrival are treated as cancellations and the above policy applies.
In the event of cancellation within the non-refundable period, if the property is successfully re-let for the same dates, a discretionary partial refund may be issued (less any administration costs).
